Recurring monthly = store rent (Branded only, if hosted on our store accounts) + (₹15 × active student accounts). You're billed ₹15 per month for each active account. Figures exclude GST, one-time setup, and annual AMC.
Hosting & billing details
☁ Client-side hosting
All plans above are quoted with the backend hosted in Wehayes accounts. Prefer to host everything on your own infrastructure? Add ₹30,000 — this covers both the web and mobile apps.
🏪 Store rent (shared plan)
On the Branded (shared) plan, a ₹300 / month store rent fee applies if the apps are hosted on our store accounts — this covers both stores (App Store & Play Store).
₹ How per-student works
₹15 per month for each active student account. You're billed only for the accounts that are active — straightforward, per student, per month.
General terms & conditions
- DeploymentBranded combos require 7 days for configuration before going live.
- Payment dueAll monthly bills are due by the 31st of each month.
- Grace periodA 7-day grace period applies; after that, service connections are automatically disconnected for non-payment.
- Payment methodDirect transfer to the Wehayes account.
